Introducing Ariyel
Why we built Ariyel: after fixing the same six problems in service business after service business, we built one operating system that solves them, and we run it with you.

For the past few years, one of the things we ran at Educo was a 90-day growth sprint. We would sit down with a service business, identify the three to five biggest constraints holding it back, and fix them for the owner.
After enough of those sprints, a pattern became impossible to ignore. The fixes were almost always the same. Different industries, different owners, different offers, but the same problems underneath, and we were building the same solutions over and over again.
So we stopped rebuilding them one client at a time. We took everything we had learned and built it once, properly, in a single place. That is Ariyel.
The same six problems, in almost every business
The businesses we work with are typically doing between $100,000 and $150,000 a month. They are not short on demand. What holds them back is running everything they already have. Almost every one of them had some version of these six problems.
1. The owner could not see the business in numbers
Most owners could not tell us, in numbers, where the business stood today or what was stopping it from getting where they wanted to go. There was no reliable reporting and no clear view of which part of the business was the real constraint. Without data, you are flying blind, and every decision becomes a guess.
2. The team was not working as one
Staff were busy, but not necessarily on the right things. The owner did not know exactly what everyone was working on, and the team did not know what they should be doing, when, or how. That led to constant miscommunication. Sometimes people lacked the motivation to do the work, and sometimes something was quietly blocking them. Either way, work did not get done.
3. Everything was done by hand
Work that should have been a workflow or an automation was done manually: reaching out to leads, texting them, emailing them, updating the pipeline, keeping the business records current. Manual work is tedious, and tedious work gets forgotten. So it simply did not happen consistently.
4. Leads were leaking out of the pipeline
These businesses were generating plenty of leads. The problem was converting them. Most had no properly trained front desk, receptionist, or setter nurturing those leads. There were no automations doing the nurturing either. Many had no CRM at all, or one that was badly set up and out of date.
As a result, nobody knew where each lead was in the customer journey. Leads were either nurtured poorly or all nurtured the exact same way, when each one needed a different next step. That is a leaky pipeline, and it was costing these businesses sales every single month.
5. Fulfillment was not standardized
None of the companies we worked with had a truly productized fulfillment process, one where the same steps happen for every client. There was no standard operating procedure for delivering the service. When everyone is making it up as they go, the margin for error grows, quality varies from client to client, and nothing is repeatable.
6. There was no training material for new hires
When these businesses hired someone, there was nothing to train them with. New staff had to shadow the owner or another team member, and it could take months to get them fully ramped. Every hire pulled the owner back into the business instead of freeing them from it.
One operating system instead of the same fixes on repeat
Ariyel exists to solve those six problems in one place. It gives you visibility into your business, unifies your team, and ties everything together with standard operating procedures, so everyone knows what they should be doing, when they should be doing it, how to do it, and why it matters.
Here is how each part maps back to the problems above:
- Reports give you visibility into the business in real numbers, so you can see what is actually holding you back.
- Tasks can be assigned automatically, so each person knows exactly what they need to do and when.
- Workflows and automations take the manual, forgettable work off your team's plate.
- Sequences nurture every lead dynamically through email and messages, based on where they are in the journey.
- The pipeline keeps clean deal stages, so no lead falls through the cracks and everyone can see where each one stands.
- Standardized fulfillment turns your delivery into a documented process, with each step assigned to the person responsible for it.
- Courses let you turn your process into videos, documents, and resources you can assign to your team, so new hires ramp up much faster.
We build it, and we run it with you
We did not want to hand over software and walk away. An operating system is only as good as the team's habit of using it. What is the point of having one if there is no accountability to keep it current and nothing helping your team build the habit?
So we take care of it. We build the whole system for you: the workflows, the sequences, the courses, and the reports. We keep its hygiene in good shape, audit it every week, and work one-on-one with your team to make sure it stays up to date. All you need to do is work with us once a week. Once it is built, you can manage your entire operation, your entire company, from one operating system.
Not one-size-fits-all, and that is fine
Ariyel is not meant to be everything for every business. What it does is cover most of what a service business needs, somewhere between 70 and 90 percent of it, in one place and built around exactly these problems.
You do not have to use every feature to get value from it. If one or two parts, like a clean pipeline with proper deal stages, get you an extra two or three sales a month, it has already paid for itself.
Where Ariyel goes from here
Ariyel is constantly evolving. We work with a growing number of companies, and what we learn from each one shapes what we build next. The goal has not changed since those first growth sprints: help service business owners see their business clearly, get their team working as one, and stop being the bottleneck.
If that sounds like your business, you can learn more about Ariyel or book a demo and see it running on your own operation.
