You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current payment information associated with your account. If a payment method fails, is declined, or becomes invalid, Educo may suspend or terminate access to the applicable Services until payment is successfully processed. Educo reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription structures, or billing terms at any time, provided that any changes affecting existing subscriptions will become effective at the next renewal period unless otherwise stated.
Educo may use third-party payment processors to process transactions associated with the Services. Such processors operate independently from Educo, and Educo does not control their policies, security practices, or operational systems. Educo shall not be responsible for errors, interruptions, security incidents, or other issues arising from the operation of third-party payment processors.
Certain Services may permit payment using digital assets or cryptocurrencies. Cryptocurrency transactions involve inherent volatility and technological risks. By electing to make a payment using cryptocurrency, you acknowledge that the value of digital assets may fluctuate significantly and that blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed. Educo shall not be responsible for losses resulting from cryptocurrency price volatility, transaction delays, network congestion, wallet errors, incorrect addresses, or other blockchain-related issues. Unless otherwise expressly stated, cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable once processed.
Educo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Services for accounts associated with payment disputes, fraudulent transactions, or excessive chargeback activity. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through a financial institution without first contacting Educo to attempt resolution may be considered a violation of these Terms. Users who initiate chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes may be subject to permanent account termination and may be liable for any costs, fees, penalties, or damages incurred by Educo as a result of such disputes, including payment processor penalties, administrative costs, and collection expenses.
Educo may pursue collection of unpaid balances associated with user accounts through lawful means, including engagement of collection agencies, recovery of reasonable costs of collection, and pursuit of legal remedies where appropriate.
16. Refunds, Cancellations, and Access Termination
Except where expressly stated in a Platform Addendum or in the specific terms presented at the time of purchase, all purchases made through the Services are final and non-refundable. Because many of the Services involve immediate access to digital platforms, software tools, educational materials, or consulting resources, users acknowledge that access to such digital content or services may begin immediately upon purchase and that the value of such content cannot be returned once accessed.
Educo DOES provide a seven (7) day, no questions asked money back guarantee for courses and access purchased through Profitable, Specialise, Velora, or Sova. By purchasing access to any Service, you acknowledge that you are responsible for evaluating whether the Service is appropriate for your needs prior to completing the purchase. If you wish to receive a refund, written notice of this request must be sent via email to hunter@educo.com within seven (7) days of the purchase.
For subscription-based Services, users may cancel future billing cycles by following the cancellation procedures made available through the Services or by contacting Educo support where applicable. Cancellation of a subscription prevents future billing but does not entitle the user to a refund for any fees already paid for the current billing period, unless the cancellation occurs within seven (7) days of the FIRST payment.
For specific services which are agreed to through a separate agreement and/or include a Statement of Work ("SOW"), there is NO seven (7) day money back guarantee. In these circumstances, Educo does not provide guaranteed refunds, satisfaction guarantees, or performance-based refund rights unless expressly stated in a written SOW in connection with a specific offering.
If a refund is issued by Educo in its sole discretion, Educo reserves the right to immediately terminate or restrict access to the applicable Services and any associated content, platforms, or resources. Educo may also revoke licenses granted under these Terms in connection with refunded purchases.
Users who initiate chargebacks or payment disputes through financial institutions in an attempt to reverse legitimate charges may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated. Educo reserves the right to contest chargebacks and to pursue recovery of any fees, penalties, or damages resulting from fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity.
Educo may terminate or restrict access to Services at any time in the event of non-payment, payment disputes, fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or other conduct that creates legal or operational risk for Educo.
17. Prohibited Conduct
In connection with your use of the Services, you agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with the operation of the Services, violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, or exposes Educo to legal or operational risk. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, users shall not access or use the Services in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations, infringes intellectual property rights, violates contractual obligations, or misappropriates confidential or proprietary information.
Users may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, extract, copy, replicate, or otherwise derive the source code, system architecture, algorithms, automation workflows, datasets, or proprietary technologies underlying the Services. Users are prohibited from using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, scraping tools, or other automated methods to access, collect, harvest, or extract information from the Services except where such activity is expressly authorized by Educo.
Users may not use the Services to develop, train, improve, or operate competing artificial intelligence systems, data products, analytics platforms, or software services that replicate or compete with the functionality of the Services. Users are also prohibited from using outputs generated by the Services to construct training datasets, prompt libraries, or automation systems designed to replicate or compete with Educo technologies.
Users shall not misuse AI Systems made available through the Services, including by submitting malicious prompts, attempting to manipulate system safeguards, conducting automated prompt generation designed to overload system resources, or attempting to extract proprietary model behavior through adversarial prompting techniques.
Users may not upload, transmit, or process through the Services any content that is unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or otherwise harmful. Users are responsible for ensuring that all materials submitted to the Services comply with applicable intellectual property laws, privacy laws, confidentiality obligations, and contractual restrictions.
Users may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly share, publish, or otherwise distribute any educational materials, software systems, data outputs, automation workflows, or proprietary content obtained through the Services without the prior written authorization of Educo.
Users may not attempt to circumvent subscription fees, billing mechanisms, licensing controls, or technological safeguards designed to regulate access to the Services. This includes sharing login credentials, accessing subscription-based Services without authorization, or exploiting technical vulnerabilities to obtain unauthorized access to platform features.
Users are prohibited from interfering with the security, stability, or availability of the Services, including through denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized access attempts, or other actions designed to disrupt platform operations.
Educo reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this section and to suspend or terminate accounts associated with conduct that violates these Terms or that otherwise creates legal, operational, or reputational risk for Educo.
17.1 Independent Judgment; No Reliance
You acknowledge and agree that the Services provide technology tools, software systems, automation capabilities, artificial intelligence outputs, analytics systems, educational materials, and informational resources that may assist users in evaluating business strategies, marketing approaches, operational processes, digital platform activity, or other commercial activities. However, all decisions regarding whether, how, and to what extent to rely upon information obtained through the Services are made solely by you and at your own discretion.
You expressly acknowledge that you are acting independently in your use of the Services and that you have not relied upon any statements, representations, analyses, AI-generated outputs, training materials, consulting guidance, marketing examples, automation workflows, or other materials provided through the Services as the basis for any legal, financial, investment, regulatory, operational, or business decision. Educo does not undertake any duty to evaluate whether the Services or any information generated through the Services are appropriate for your particular circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that Educo shall not be responsible for any decisions made, actions taken, or business strategies implemented by you in reliance upon the Services or any outputs, analyses, or information generated through the Services. All use of the Services is undertaken at your own discretion and risk.
17.2 User Responsibility for Legal and Regulatory Compliance
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services and any activities conducted in connection with the Services comply with all applicable laws, regulations, platform policies, and contractual obligations applicable to you or your business activities. Educo does not monitor or verify the legality of user conduct and does not represent or warrant that use of the Services will ensure compliance with any legal or regulatory requirements.
Without limiting the foregoing, users remain solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws relating to advertising practices, marketing disclosures, consumer protection, intellectual property rights, privacy and data protection obligations, electronic communications regulations, platform terms of service, payment processing rules, and any industry-specific regulations that may apply to their activities. Educo does not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance monitoring services through the Services unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
You acknowledge that the Services may be used in connection with a wide range of business activities across different jurisdictions and industries, each of which may be subject to distinct regulatory frameworks. Determining whether particular uses of the Services are lawful or compliant with applicable laws remains solely your responsibility, and you agree that Educo shall not be liable for any consequences arising from your failure to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
17.3 Third-Party Platform Policies and Compatibility
Many features of the Services may interact with or rely upon third-party platforms, technologies, and service providers, including social media platforms, advertising networks, payment processors, artificial intelligence providers, hosting infrastructure providers, analytics platforms, messaging platforms, and other external services ("Third-Party Platforms"). These Third-Party Platforms operate independently from Educo and are not controlled by Educo.
You acknowledge that Third-Party Platforms may modify their policies, terms of service, technical interfaces, application programming interfaces (APIs), pricing structures, operational rules, or platform capabilities at any time without notice to Educo. Such changes may affect the availability, functionality, or compatibility of certain features of the Services. Educo does not guarantee that the Services will remain compatible with any particular Third-Party Platform or that integrations with such platforms will continue to function without interruption or modification.
You remain solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with the terms of service, policies, and rules governing any Third-Party Platforms with which you interact. Educo shall not be responsible for actions taken by Third-Party Platforms, including account suspensions, content removals, API access restrictions, technical changes, policy enforcement actions, or other decisions affecting your access to or use of such platforms.
17.4 Data Analytics, Benchmarking, and Insight Generation
In addition to the rights granted elsewhere in these Terms relating to Data and Derived Data, you acknowledge that Educo may analyze information generated through operation of the Services in order to create aggregated statistical insights, performance benchmarks, operational analytics, market intelligence datasets, and other analytical outputs reflecting patterns of platform usage, user behavior, marketing activity, system performance, or other operational metrics.
Such analytical outputs may be generated through aggregation, anonymization, statistical modeling, machine learning analysis, behavioral analysis, predictive analytics, or other computational methods applied to Data collected through the Services. These analytical outputs may include insights regarding industry trends, marketing performance benchmarks, operational efficiency metrics, usage statistics, or other forms of aggregated intelligence derived from platform activity.
You acknowledge and agree that such aggregated insights, statistical analyses, benchmarking data, and other analytical outputs do not constitute Personal Data attributable to any individual user once processed or aggregated in a manner that reasonably prevents identification of the underlying individual. All rights, title, and interest in such analytical outputs, benchmarking datasets, and derived insights shall belong exclusively to Educo.
Educo may use, publish, license, commercialize, distribute, or otherwise exploit such aggregated insights and benchmarking datasets for any lawful purpose, including product development, market analysis, research publications, marketing materials, industry reports, or commercialization of data-driven products or services, provided that such use does not disclose Personal Data in a manner that identifies a specific individual except where permitted by applicable law.
17.5 Automated Activity and Platform Abuse
The Services may provide automation tools, artificial intelligence systems, analytics systems, workflow automation capabilities, or content generation technologies designed to assist users in analyzing information, generating content, or automating certain digital tasks. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of such tools complies with all applicable laws and with the terms of service, usage policies, and platform rules governing any third-party platforms with which they interact.
Users may not use the Services to conduct automated messaging, spam campaigns, engagement manipulation, unauthorized scraping, bulk content generation intended to manipulate platform algorithms, or any other automated activity that violates the policies of third-party platforms or that interferes with the normal operation of digital platforms or services.
Educo does not control how users deploy automation tools made available through the Services and shall not be responsible for account suspensions, enforcement actions, API restrictions, or other penalties imposed by third-party platforms as a result of a user's automated or programmatic activities.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Educo and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, and successors (collectively, the "Educo Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, investigations, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and legal costs, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, this indemnification obligation applies to claims arising from or related to: (a) any content, materials, data, prompts, documents, transcripts, media, or other information submitted, uploaded, transmitted, or processed by you through the Services; (b) any allegation that materials submitted by you infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights, confidentiality rights, or other rights of any third party; (c) your use of AI Systems, including reliance on AI-generated outputs or the submission of materials for processing through such systems; (d) your use of Third-Party Services or API Integrations through the Services; (e) your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or contractual obligation; (f) your breach of any representation, warranty, or obligation under these Terms; (g) unauthorized use of your account or credentials; or (h) any misuse of the Services that results in harm to Educo, its users, or third parties.
Educo reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive control of the defense and settlement of any matter subject to indemnification by you. In such event, you agree to cooperate fully with Educo in asserting any available defenses. You may not settle any claim that imposes liability or obligations on Educo without Educo's prior written consent.
Your obligations under this section shall survive termination of your access to the Services and termination of these Terms.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Educo Parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services, even if Educo has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This exclusion includes, without limitation, damages for lost profits, lost revenues, loss of business opportunities, loss of goodwill, loss of data, interruption of business operations, reputational harm, or other intangible losses arising from or related to the Services.
Without limiting the foregoing, Educo shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from: (a) reliance on information, recommendations, analyses, or outputs generated through the Services or AI Systems; (b) errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated outputs or analytics produced by the Services; (c) interruptions, outages, delays, or failures in the availability of the Services; (d) actions, policies, or technical changes implemented by Third-Party Services or API providers; (e) unauthorized access to or alteration of your account, data, or submissions; (f) submission of materials to the Services by users without proper legal authority; (g) use of outputs or information generated through the Services in business, financial, legal, or operational decision-making; or (h) any conduct of other users or third parties interacting with the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of the Educo Parties for any claims arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (i) the total amount paid by you to Educo for the applicable Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (ii) one thousand U.S. dollars (USD $1,000).
The limitations of liability set forth in this section apply regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, and apply even if any limited remedy is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the liability of Educo shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
20. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration Agreement; Class Action Waiver
You and Educo agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or any relationship between you and Educo, whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory (collectively, "Disputes"), shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration on an individual basis rather than through litigation in court, except as otherwise expressly provided in this section. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act ("FAA"), 9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16, and shall be interpreted broadly in accordance with the strong federal policy favoring arbitration as recognized by the United States Supreme Court.
Before initiating arbitration, the party asserting a dispute must first provide written notice to the other party describing the nature of the dispute and the relief sought. The parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of thirty (30) days following receipt of such notice. If the dispute cannot be resolved during this period, either party may initiate arbitration.
All arbitrations shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its applicable consumer or commercial arbitration rules, as appropriate, except as modified by this section. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the arbitration shall take place in Denver, Colorado. The arbitrator shall have authority to determine the format of the arbitration proceeding, which may include in-person hearings, remote hearings, or determination based solely on written submissions.
The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any Dispute, including any issue regarding the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement. The arbitrator may grant any remedy that would be available in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to the limitations and exclusions set forth in these Terms.
Class Action and Representative Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and Educo agree that any arbitration shall be conducted solely on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, collective action, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding. The arbitrator shall not have authority to consolidate claims of multiple parties or preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. This class action waiver is an essential element of the arbitration agreement.
Jury Trial Waiver
To the extent any Dispute is permitted to proceed in court rather than arbitration, you and Educo knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to a trial by jury.
Mass Arbitration Provision
If twenty-five (25) or more similar arbitration claims are asserted against Educo by the same or coordinated counsel or by parties acting in concert, the parties agree that such claims shall be treated as a coordinated mass arbitration. In such circumstances, the arbitration provider may establish procedures designed to ensure the fair and efficient resolution of the claims, including the use of staged proceedings, bellwether arbitrations, or other procedural mechanisms designed to prevent abuse of the arbitration process.
Small Claims and Injunctive Relief
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies for such court and remains on an individual basis. In addition, Educo may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or address unauthorized use of the Services, infringement of intellectual property rights, misuse of proprietary systems, or other actions that may cause immediate and irreparable harm.
Arbitration Opt-Out
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by providing written notice to Educo within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. The notice must include your name, the email address associated with your account, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration agreement. If you opt out of arbitration, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain fully enforceable. Arbitration Opt-out notifications may be sent to: hunter@educo.io.
Severability
If any portion of this arbitration provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, except that if the class action waiver is deemed unenforceable, the arbitration agreement shall be null and void.
21. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Except where disputes are subject to arbitration as set forth in Section 16, any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Colorado, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
22. Assignment and Corporate Transactions
You may not assign, transfer, delegate, or otherwise convey any rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Educo. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision shall be null and void.
Educo may assign, transfer, or otherwise convey its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction, including in connection with mergers, acquisitions, asset sales, financing arrangements, corporate reorganizations, or other business transactions. This includes the transfer of Data, Derived Data, platform assets, intellectual property, or contractual rights associated with the Services. These Terms shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
23. Force Majeure
Educo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fires, floods, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, internet outages, power failures, cybersecurity incidents, government actions, regulatory changes, interruptions in telecommunications infrastructure, failures of third-party service providers, or other events that are not reasonably foreseeable or preventable.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to render it enforceable while preserving its original intent.
25. Waiver
The failure of Educo to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it in the future. Any waiver of a provision must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Educo.
26. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Platform Addenda, constitute the entire agreement between you and Educo regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings relating to the subject matter herein.
27. Electronic Communications; Text Messaging; TCPA Compliance
By using the Services and providing your contact information, including your email address or telephone number, you consent to receive communications from Educo electronically. Such communications may include service-related messages, account notifications, marketing communications, and promotional messages delivered via email, telephone, or text message (SMS or MMS), where permitted by applicable law. You acknowledge that electronic communications may be delivered through automated or semi-automated systems operated by Educo or its service providers.
Educo endeavors to conduct marketing communications in compliance with applicable laws governing electronic communications, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and related regulations, which may include restrictions on the timing of certain telemarketing communications commonly referred to as "quiet hours." Because Educo provides Services to users across multiple geographic regions and time zones, you acknowledge that determining a user's precise local time for purposes of such regulations may involve reasonable assumptions based on available information and that inadvertent errors in timing may occasionally occur despite reasonable compliance efforts.
Accordingly, user hereby provides express consent to receive marketing messages via phone call, text message, email, and any other reasonable means at any time, including "quiet hours" as defined by the TCPA or any state law equivalent. Furthermore, if user still wishes to assert any claim relating to alleged violations of telemarketing timing restrictions or similar electronic communications regulations, you agree to provide Educo with written notice of the allegedly non-compliant communication within thirty (30) days of receipt of such communication. Such notice must include sufficient information to identify the message received, including the date, time, and contact method used. Upon receipt of such notice, Educo shall have a reasonable opportunity to investigate the matter and, where appropriate, take corrective measures to prevent further occurrences.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, failure to provide timely notice in accordance with this section shall constitute a waiver of the right to pursue claims or recover damages relating to the alleged communication. Nothing in this section is intended to limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, but the parties agree that the notice and cure procedures set forth herein are a material condition governing the resolution of any dispute relating to electronic communications.
28. Consent to Text Messages and Telemarketing Communications
By providing your telephone number to Educo through the Services, registration forms, purchase processes, or other interactions with the Services, you expressly consent to receive communications from Educo at the telephone number provided, including communications delivered via automated telephone dialing systems, prerecorded voice messages, or text messages (SMS or MMS), where permitted by applicable law. These communications may include transactional messages, account notifications, service updates, marketing communications, promotional offers, and other information relating to Educo's Services or products.
You acknowledge that providing your telephone number constitutes your prior express written consent to receive such communications from Educo and its authorized service providers. You further acknowledge that your consent to receive automated or marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Educo, and that you may choose not to provide a telephone number if you do not wish to receive such communications.
You understand that message frequency may vary and that standard message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply. Educo is not responsible for any messaging or data charges imposed by your telecommunications provider.
You may revoke your consent to receive marketing text messages at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided in the message, which may include replying with the word "STOP" or using other opt-out mechanisms made available through the Services. Upon receipt of a valid opt-out request, Educo will make reasonable efforts to discontinue marketing messages to the applicable telephone number within a commercially reasonable time period, subject to technical processing delays and regulatory compliance requirements.
You represent and warrant that the telephone number you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide consent for communications sent to that number. You agree to notify Educo promptly if your telephone number changes or if you are no longer the subscriber or authorized user of the number provided.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that Educo shall not be liable for communications sent to a telephone number that you have provided where you have failed to notify Educo of changes to the number or where the message was sent in reasonable reliance on the consent provided by you.
29. Marketing Communications, Cookies, and Advertising Technologies
By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, submitting information through the Services, or interacting with Educo websites, landing pages, advertisements, or other digital properties, you acknowledge and agree that Educo and its service providers may collect, process, and use information relating to your interactions with the Services for marketing, analytics, advertising, and commercial purposes.
Such information may include, without limitation, your name, email address, telephone number, device identifiers, IP address, browser information, geolocation data, website usage information, interaction data, advertising identifiers, cookies, tracking pixels, and other technologies used to monitor user activity across websites, applications, and digital advertising networks.
You acknowledge and agree that Educo may use such information to communicate with you regarding products, services, updates, promotions, educational content, or other marketing initiatives relating to Educo or its affiliated services. These communications may occur through various channels including email, SMS messaging, push notifications, online advertising platforms, and other marketing technologies.
You further acknowledge that Educo may utilize cookies, tracking technologies, and advertising technologies to measure engagement with the Services, analyze user behavior, improve platform functionality, and deliver targeted or personalized advertising across third-party platforms. This may include the use of retargeting technologies, audience segmentation, lookalike audience modeling, and similar advertising practices through platforms such as search engines, social media networks, and digital advertising exchanges.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you consent to the collection and use of such information for the purposes described in these Terms and Educo's Privacy Policy. Educo may share or make available certain categories of information with advertising partners, analytics providers, and marketing service providers for purposes including advertising delivery, campaign optimization, analytics, and marketing measurement.
Nothing in this section shall be interpreted as limiting any rights that you may have under applicable data protection laws. Where required by law, Educo will provide mechanisms for users to manage or withdraw consent relating to certain categories of marketing communications or tracking technologies.
